CENTRAL

Cream is plentiful in the Central region amid strong component levels and production. Strong demand is present from Class II and III processors. Butter makers say demand for cream is light as they are primarily using internal volumes to run busy production schedules.
NORTHEAST

Cream supplies are tight, and spot cream sales are limited, with most cream moving on contract. Plants report taking in cream from the new milk processing facility. Contacts report Northeast cream used for Class IV is trading at the low end of last week’s reported range.
