Demand for cream is strong from Class II and Class III processors. Some butter makers are purchasing additional spot volumes of cream to maintain full production schedules. Cream multiples increased across the range this week.
NORTHEAST

Butter production is also strong with some facilities taking in spot loads of milk and cream to keep schedules full. Cream multiples dropped at both ends of the range.
