Sophie grew up in a small town called Milford, Michigan, and now resides in the great city of Chicago. She graduated with a degree in Environmental Policy and a minor in Sustainability Management. Outside of work, she enjoys walking along Lake Michigan, cooking new recipes, and watching the Loyola Ramblers men’s basketball team. Go ‘Blers! She will support the upkeep of relevant dairy market data into Ever.Ag databases along with generating and updating visualizations. In addition to this, she will be supporting regular publication distribution.
