Cream multiples are unchanged from last week. Stakeholders say increasing temperatures are having a negative impact on milk components, but components remain up from this time last year. Some contacts anticipate cream will remain available until after the July 4th holiday, but spot availability will tighten in the following weeks.




NORTHEAST

Cream multiples are on the rise in the East. Spot sales are getting reported in the high $1.20’s and low $1.30’s, holding true to summer projections.
