Cream production continues to increase in the Central region. Butter makers say cream is plentiful and demand is declining as processors are utilizing internal volumes rather than purchasing loads from the spot market. All Class cream multiples were unchanged at the bottom of the range, but the top of the range and both ends of the Class II multiple range decreased this week.
