Cream multiples moved higher this week. Cream demand is somewhat stronger. Condensed skim milk loads are available. Condensed skim milk demand is somewhat stronger.
CENTRAL

The demand for Class II and IV milk continues to be strong. Although availability has improved, contacts state cream demand has stayed firm throughout the week. Supplies remain tight for certain buyers, causing multiples to drop slightly at the top of the range
NORTHEAST

Despite an abundance of cream this period, Class II cream multiples incurred no change at the lower end and rose moderately at the upper end. All-class cream multiples moved slightly higher at the low end with the high end increasing in concert with Class II. Condensed skim Class II pricing moved lower at the low end and held steady at the high end versus last week. Class III condensed skim pricing moved modestly lower at the low end and modestly higher at the high end compared with the prior week.
