CENTRAL
Here’s what USDA/AMS had to say:
Cream supply in the Central region remains stable, and spot loads continue to be available. Cream prices increased slightly at both ends of the range this week. Contacts indicate that substantial cream volumes are still moving to Mexico. Butter manufacturers report that most spot cream offerings are being procured by Class II and Class III processors, resulting in limited spot cream availability for Class IV operations.
NORTHEAST

Condensed skim supplies have tightened, leaving some buyer requests unfilled, while cream availability has modestly increased due to temporary plant shutdowns. Cream multiples remain steady on the low end but compressed modestly on the high end of the previous range. Overall, the fluid milk and cream market tone is seasonally steady.
