Cream supply in the Central region is steady, though the holiday contributed to quieter spot market activity. Butter makers continue to report spot cream loads are moving primarily toward Class II and Class III users. Cream shipments to Mexico persist at regular volumes. Domestic spot cream continues to clear toward Class II and Class III manufacturers, while availability for Class IV operations remains tight.

Contract prices on cream retracted somewhat this week. Only a few spot purchases occurred, with the holiday contributing to reduced spot activity. Cream multiples declined to reflect market activity, and more so on the front end of the week.
