CREAM MULTIPLES

WEST
Here’s what USDA/AMS had to say:
Cream availability across the West remains balanced. Some spot loads are available, but contacts expect cream supplies to become more abundant as favorable fall weather conditions continue. Cream multiples moved slightly higher at the top of both regional ranges.

CENTRAL

Industry participants note cream continues moving across the southern border to customers in Mexico. Class IV demand for cream remains active. Butter makers report active churns and slight increases in production to meet holiday demand.

NORTHEAST
Here’s what USDA/AMS had to say:
Contacts report spot cream purchases this week, with some offers going untaken. Cream multiples for All Classes and Class II are lower at the bottom of their respective ranges and higher at the top.
